Only 1/10 Homes Sold Under Right To Buy Replaced

Only one in 10 homes sold under right to buy are replaced in England, DCLG says, from almost 50,000 properties.

DCLG says almost 50,000 properties have been bought by tenants since scheme was extended, but less than 5,000 were started or acquired by councils.
