Project Manager

UDC will take on full responsibility for Project Management of not only the project but the process and if necessary beyond project completion. For typical projects this may include:-

  • Assembly of Project Team (majority will be UDC staff)
  • Clear Project Plan Production, inc. milestones & measurables
  • Creation of information sharing platform appropriate to project
  • Engagement with client stakeholders
  • Participation in engagement meetings & presentations
  • Management of stakeholder experiences and feedback
  • Chairing and minutes for of all project meetings
  • Monitoring and reporting of project progress (inc. contract admin)
