UDC were appointed as Principal Designer, Cost Consultant and Contract Administrator for the scheme following a recommendation from one of our existing clients.
Following review of existing proposals prepared by others, UDC developed the design to a workable solution providing the accommodation sought by the Home. We then went on to successfully manage the works through to completion with the added challenge of a fully occupied Care Home for the duration of the construction phase.
UDC were able to deliver a product which exceeded expectation and was completed below the original budget set for the scheme to a very high level of satisfaction.
UDC have since been retained by this client and we are now working with them on their current property portfolio, with 3 other 'live' projects to be completed in 2016/17.
