- Assist in the engagement of contractors under appropriate form of contract (typically from the JCT suite of contracts)
- Manage the contractor from inception to completion
- Maintain a site presence to ensure the smooth delivery of a quality product.
- Act as client representative allowing clients to focus on their ordinary activities
